Airdrie Food Bank’s Empty Bowls Festival


The Airdrie Food Bank has a busy month lined up and invites you to take it all in with them.

It all starts Monday June 17, At the Food Bank’s Open House. Its an opportunity for the public to come in and learn about how the Food Bank operates with a tour, refreshments and to see what has been accomplished with your support. Stop by between 5:00pm – 8:00pm. 20 East Lake Way Airdrie

Saturday June 22, 11:00am – 5:00pm. Nose Creek Park is the place to be for the 7th Annual Empty Bowls Festival. Empty Bowls has always been a way for the Food Bank to celebrate the community that helps support it, raise awareness of local hunger issues and raise funds for the Airdrie Food Bank operations. Rain or shine it’s going to be a fun filled day with a fantastic lineup of local musicians, children’s area, local artists, silent auction, free soups from local restaurants and plenty of fun for the family.
