The Motivation

Suffer The Pain Of Discipline Or Suffer The Pain Of Regret

The way I see it is that discipline is consistent short term pain. It’s manageable and we can get use to it. It might not be pleasant but it pays off in one form or another. Regret is a whole other type of pain. It’s a pain that keeps building up over time from not being disciplined. We can see it happening but we choose to defer the pain until a later date and when that day comes, it may be too late to do anything about it.

The above can be true in all areas of our life, from finances to our relationships, health and so on but today I’m writing this with health in mind.

Now I wouldn’t say I’m out of shape. I don’t need to loose a bunch of weight, but I wouldn’t say that I’m in shape either… I just don’t really consider myself to be active and fit and it’s something that I would really like to change.

So, it’s time to get disciplined. Im really excited to have teamed up with the people over at Snap Fitness. 24-7 to get me on track and to help me reach my fitness goals. I’m still working out what my exact goals are but I’ll definitely be keeping you up to date on whats happening and how I’m progressing.

So, lets get disciplined this week! Pick something no matter how big or small it is and take consistent action. I know we can do it!

Have a great day my friend,
